FOUNDER

Ashley Winkler is the Founder and Owner of LUX MedSpa and Montesano Wellness Center, a company dedicated to bringing its clients the best and latest in skincare rejuvenation, anti-aging procedures, weight loss management, hormone therapy, nutritional supplementation, and more. Ashley’s love for anti-aging and skincare first began while living in Japan—a country known for its high-quality skincare products. Her passion for anti-aging and skincare quickly grew and she realized that she wanted to help others discover their own unique inner and outer beauty. After managing a physical medicine and chiropractic office for a couple of years, Ashley decided it was time to follow her heart and, thus, the LUX brand was born. A Fort Lauderdale native, Ashley currently resides in sunny Sarasota and is a proud mother to three beautiful children. Ashley strongly believes in empowering women and has assisted in the start-up of other women-owned businesses. When she’s not busy helping others achieve their beauty goals, Ashley enjoys relaxing at the beach (after applying plenty of sunscreen, of course!)

Licensed Esthetician/Office Manager

Christa is a highly skilled and passionate esthetician, specializing in a diverse array of facials and skin treatments. Holding an Esthetician License, she has successfully completed a rigorous 640-hour course of study and excelled in both the North Carolina State written and practical examination With 4 years of experience in the industry. Christa has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their best skin through personalized treatments and skincare routines. Christa believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin, and takes a holistic approach to skincare, focusing on both the health and appearance of the skin. She is always continuing her education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in skincare technology and techniques. Christa is well-versed in a variety of skin care techniques that can help address a range of concerns, including acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation.

License Esthetician 

With over a decade of experience, Lora's extensive knowledge, advanced certifications, and numerous trainings are just part of what gives each client trust in her skincare treatments. As many of her clientele will share, Lora's warm and caring demeanor bring them through the door. But it is her devotion to providing each guest with a personalized, results-based skincare treatment that keeps them coming back for more. Her skincare sessions are not just limited to the treatments; she also educates her clients. Lora feels that a good skincare regimen is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. She believes that if we see a healthier, more youthful reflection of ourselves in the mirror there will be an overall positive effect on our health and well-being. Her client-centered treatments incorporate the latest modalities and newest science in skincare. Lora values helping her clients achieve the results they desire. 

MMS, PA-C

Amanda is a dedicated and board-certified physician assistant with over a year of experience in plastics and reconstructive surgery. Her passion lies in the art of aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, where she helps clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve a renewed sense of confidence. With a commitment to excellence, Amanda stays at the forefront of the industry, continuously learning the latest treatments and techniques to provide her patients with the most advanced, effective, and personalized care. She believes in creating a positive and empowering experience for each individual, tailoring her approach to suit their unique needs and goals. When she’s not in the clinic, Amanda leads an active lifestyle, finding joy in challenging workouts, long-distance runs, and exploring new destinations through her love of travel. Whether she’s in the office or outside of it, Amanda brings the same level of dedication and passion to everything she does, always striving to make a meaningful impact.

Beth Allison graduated from the University of Florida as a Physician Assistant and brings 30 years of health care experience to LUX MedSpa and Wellness Center. 

Her dedication to health and wellness, coupled with her goals of helping clients improve self-confidence, ultimately led to her interest in esthetic medicine.   

Being naturally calm and compassionate and having a gentle, meticulous touch eases clients' journeys to improved self-perception through non-surgical esthetic enhancements.

Aris Smith Kopiec is a Physician Assistant aesthetic injector with 2 years of specialized certification in neurotoxin and filler and 5 years of ER experience. With an emphasis on general wellness and healthy living, Aris’ approach focuses on helping patients look and feel their best. Combining medical expertise with an eye for natural beauty, Aris is dedicated to patient safety and satisfaction.

Meet our Medical Director, Dr. John Fezza A pivotal member of the Center For Sight team since 1998, Dr. Fezza specializes in deep-plane facelifts and is recognized for coining the phrase “Facelifts by Fezza.” His academic journey includes earning a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and pursuing medical education at New York Medical College, where he was elected President of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He then completed his internship in general surgery and a residency in ophthalmology at Yale University, followed by a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at Vanderbilt University.Alumni of Duke, Yale, & Vanderbilt. Dr. Fezza is a consultant and lecturer for Allergan (maker of Botox®) and was named Best Plastic Surgeon in Sarasota.
